THE EFFECT OF PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS ON THEIR PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST

Aim: The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect personality characteristics healthcare workers on their perceptions organizational support and trust.
